I guess this is really no new revelation or anything. I mean, it’s obvious but here’s what the man had to say about his relationship with Ashanti:
That’s the thing between me and her, we just like having fun,” ………I think it’s always serious when you can hang with a person continuously and [still] have fun,”
I guess while they’re having fun, they don’t really care about album sales. Who does now though?

Nelly wants Hip Hop (and its artists) to start branching out and working with other genres.
“Hip Hop’s not acknowledging other music,” the rapper told The Guardian. “We should be doing songs with country, rock and pop stars.”
He went on to say that this is something Hip Hop needs and to quit locking it into one thing. The everso business-minded man also said that it’ll be expanding the scene. We know that Nelly has no problem with doing music with other genres. He stepped out when he did Over and Over, the collabo with country star Tim McGraw. He stepped onto the pop scene when he did Party People with Fergie. But not every artist may feel as he does. A lot of Hip Hop “artists” are stuck in one mold and are afraid to branch out. Either way, I dont think many will take a liking to this suggestion.
Nelly’s latest album, Brass Knuckles is set to be released in mid-Sept.
